Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Branumi Nails, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience. To respect both your time and mine, the following policy is in place.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
• No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, in accordance with standard Florida salon practices.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be unable to receive their service and will be considered a same-day cancellation.
Deposits & Prepayments
• Select services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your total on the day of service.
• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Future Bookings
• Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined further booking.
Grace & Emergencies
• True emergencies are understood and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Prompt communication is always appreciated.
